Relational Therapy
As interconnected social beings, our identity and struggles are deeply tied to our social world and relationships. Our early experiences in family dynamics create patterns that affect our current and future relationships. Relational therapy is talk-therapy that emphasizes how past and present connections shape us and our struggles. The therapist uses a therapeutic connection to model healthy relating by creating a safe space to communicate needs, set boundaries, be vulnerable and repair ruptures. In doing so, clients often develop increased self-compassion, authenticity, and self-worth. Through my relational approach to healing, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore each individual’s unique challenges, uncover their strengths, guide them towards discovering new pathways to healing, equipping them along the way with practical tools to navigate life’s trials and transitions.
